  • Are my belongings safe?

    Our premises, located in the heart of Rennes, are under 24/7 video surveillance.

    Your belongings are insured for up to €1000.

  • Can I reopen the locker during the rental period?

    You can reopen your locker as many times as needed by entering your locker number and PIN.

  • What happens if I exceed my rental time?

    We allow a 10-minute delay.

    Beyond that, you will be charged for a full hour, i.e. €2.

    Payment will be required to retrieve your belongings.

  • Can I reserve a locker?

    The locker service works without reservation, no time constraints to respect :)

    With about thirty lockers on site, you will have one without any problem.

  • What if I have a problem?

    We can be reached by text message and phone.

    We can open your locker remotely if there is a problem.

  • What are the hours?

    The locker is open between 7am and 11pm.

    Outside these hours, you can only access the room to retrieve your belongings via the digital code reader to the right of the door.

    (The code is provided in the reservation email)

How do I open a locker?

All lockers are closed.

To open a locker and store your belongings, you must confirm the duration and payment at the terminal.

Once payment has been made, a door will open.
